I’ve been using and recommending the beta version for several years. I transitioned from another financial package that is more industry standard. Once I transitioned, I have never had a reason to look at the newer releases of other packages.

Check whether your financial institution will allow downloads via direct connect. Neither of my credit unions offer that feature, so ensuring the transaction register is correct takes a bit of work.

Any question I have asked of support thru the website are answered quickly and accurately. The team takes the time to answer my specific question, and think thru what problem I am really trying to solve. In cases when I’ve asked about a feature that was not available, the response has always just stated that fact. They have not tried to dance around the request, or say yes, but really mean no. This allows me to set my expectations accurately.
