The best Mac Financial App

After only using MInt.com since 2011, I had a major data loss in my main checking account losing years of transactions and organization. There are no backups to revert to with Mint, so if anything goes wrong, your out of luck,

This prompeted me to take another look at finanace apps on the Mac. I spent the last 5 days really going through Quicken for Mac 2016 (I really wanted to like this as I was a huge Quicken user on Mac way back when, OS 8 and 9 era), iBank5, Moneydance, MoneyWell and I settled on See Finance. I love all the customizations available, the cleaness of the interface, the filters you can set to help categorize transactions. I contacted support a couple times before buying and they were fast and extremly helpful.

Financial Apps are a personal thing, but I won’t be looking any longer for the perfect fit for me. See Finance just works.
